6. Orders, Pricing, and Contracts
• Contract Formation: A contract is only constituted once we have processed your order and sent you an invoice.
• Price Instability: Due to global commodity market instability, we reserve the right to amend prices if stock is insufficient.
• Surcharges: Orders below £50 (excluding VAT) are subject to a fixed £5 Small Order surcharge.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email.
